Work one day per month (5 hours) in the Gallery’s spaces in Central School and/or Historic City Hall as well as pitch in to keep the spaces neat and in good order. Record your work activities in the journal in the Central School workroom (when applicable). Our Secretary will notify by letter any member who did not work their assigned day at Central School, or arrange for someone else to work in their place, asking them to contact her to see how this situation could be remedied.  If this happens a second time, a letter will be sent stating that the member’s art will be removed from the Gallery walls and will not be rehung until the next changeout and provided that the member has resumed their scheduled duty day in the meantime. If you, as a member, have not performed your duties as explained above, then your membership will be terminated, and you will be expected to return your keys and pick up your art.  Art not picked up by a terminated member will become a part of the Gallery’s art inventory. Participate in preparing the gallery spaces for show openings, help provide refreshments and be present for each show opening. Pay your yearly dues every 12 months within 30 days of the annual date you joined or incur a $25.00 per month late fee in addition to the annual dues.
